[Time and manner of delivery of goods]
For orders within Japan, we will ship items by post or courier.
Orders outside Japan will be shipped by Yamato Transport (UPS), Japan Post, DHL, or FedEx. You cannot choose your shipping carrier.
A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.
Ordered items (other than pre-orders and special orders) will be shipped approximately one week after the order is received.
The shipping method may change depending on the product and the contents of the order.
[Shipping charges]
Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax included) for the entire country (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa).
Delivery outside Japan will be charged by area.

The selling price shall be the amount indicated (indicated price / consumption tax included).

[Cancellation Policy]
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been received. In the unlikely event of damage due to an accident during shipping, please contact us.

Shipments shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees of the country of delivery in addition to shipping charges. Please be aware of this in advance.
